The family behind the company

Land brought us here. Hospitality shapes how we serve.

Acre & Anthem is led by Marc and Jen Robinson, with Brisket, their red golden retriever, never far behind.

Our beginning

It began with a frustrating search for a homesite.

Marc and Jen were trying to find land where they could build a home. They found plenty of unused land, but almost none of it was easy to buy. As they dug deeper, they saw the other side of the same problem: selling rural land could be confusing, slow, and impersonal.

Acre & Anthem grew from the belief that owners deserve a clearer path and that good land deserves a thoughtful next chapter.

Marc grew up on the Massachusetts North Shore, spent winters skiing in New Hampshire, and later made the drive to the University of Vermont often enough to know how quickly the landscape changes from river valley to mountain pass. Trips across Lake Champlain into New York made the broader region feel connected long before Acre & Anthem began.

Personal service

Unreasonable hospitality, applied to land.

Marc has spent more than a decade leading hospitality teams. Jen brings hospitality and office-operations experience. They know that every person has a different story and every situation deserves its own approach.

That means returning the call, explaining the research, remembering the details, and treating the closing as the beginning of a relationship rather than the end of a transaction.

When you reach out to Acre & Anthem, you reach Marc or Jen directly.

Our mission

Keep land useful, cared for, and full of possibility.

We want land to become homes, recreation, agriculture, conservation, and lasting family memories.

Our long view

Improve land and help create more places to live.

As Acre & Anthem grows, our goal is to invest in thoughtful improvements, subdivisions, and new housing opportunities.
